Orders

All orders made by you through the Website or phone are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. If the goods you wish to order are not available in stock we will contact you by email and you will have the option to:

• wait until the goods are available from stock;

• cancel your order in accordance with our Terms Of Sale & Refund Policy

When your order has been received, we will confirm the details via email (confirmation email).  If the details differ from your requested order details, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the confirmation email. The details will be reviewed and in some cases the order canceled. All details, descriptions, and prices for the goods appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the information was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure all is correct and there is no damage to any item.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw items from the Website at any time. We will not be held responsible by anybody or any parties for the withdrawal of items or for refusing to process an order for any reason.

Age Of Consent

Payment Details

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus card processing and delivery charges. This will be confirmed to you as set out in the ‘Orders’ section. Payment can be made via credit card, postal order, or cash (direct payment) at the time of order. No goods/products will be dispatched until monies have been received. A receipt or proforma invoice will be issued after the successful purchase of items/products from M&M Extracts. The price for the goods as set on the Web site doesn’t include sales tax or shipping.

 Our store is built on an e-commerce software platform called Ecwid that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment: If you provide us with your credit card information during the payment process, we send it to our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway for processing using SSL encryption technology. Your credit card information is stored for recurring subscription orders as well as within my account for faster checkout experience.

All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and our payment processors and service providers.

Delivery

We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available via our delivery partner USPS. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered in “YOUR ACCOUNT”. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to change the delivery address, you may do so by contacting the Customer Services team via email.  A reply email confirmation will be sent back to you within 2 hours – if you do not receive a confirmation email within this time you are strongly advised to contact us via phone. You, the customer, take all responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. M&M Extracts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Terms of Sale and Refund policy

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of placing your initial order. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent to you by us confirming the cancellation of the order. Orders canceled after this time will not be accepted as canceled and you will be liable to pay for the complete order. Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so if:

• the product is not what you have ordered or

• the product(s) has arrived to you in damaged condition.

Return of products not ordered must be sent back to us in the condition received (i.e. product unopened and ready for us to re-sell). All Returns and/or damages must be notified via e-mail the same day (within 24 hours). Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

Damage due to freight of shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

M&M Extracts shipping & handling policy

We are pleased to offer Free Priority Mail Shipping & Handling within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00 (before tax and after any discounts). On orders less than $75.00 within the U.S., shipping is carrier-calculated automatic rates. Ground Shipping & Handling generally takes 5-7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door.

If you select 2nd Day Air ($30.73) or Next Day Air ($63.18), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm CST the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
