Terms Of Sale and Refund Policy

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of placing your initial order. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent to you by us confirming the cancellation of the order. Orders canceled after this time will not be accepted as canceled and you will be liable to pay for the complete order. Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so if:

  • the product is not what you have ordered or

  • the product(s) has arrived to you in damaged condition.

Return of products not ordered must be sent back to us in the condition received (i.e. product unopened and ready for us to re-sell). All Returns and/or damages must be notified via e-mail the same day (within 24 hours). Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
